The Law and You

This website features detailed, searchable information about areas such as anti-discrimination law, health, inheritance, property division, death compensation and State superannuation for GLBTI people in Victoria.

It is hoped that through this information GLBTI people in Victoria will have a better understanding of how they can use the law to enforce their right to equal treatment and to protect themselves and their families from the effects of discrimination.
